The noise from the nearby railways can be a little loud.

my room was quite large and bed was comfortable...

good hotel, but not very good area... I was scared to walk in evening there. So after sunset I used car to go to downtown...no hairdryer ...

There was a bit of noise from the nearby railway, but it didn't affect the overall experience.

Perfect staff finding the solution for each request, very kind and quick communication by email in case of questions, flexible and helpful, safety of the car during the stay, accepting the dogs in the room.

Staff the friendly approach, the management for the gift, the size and quality of the room and the meals been away for two months and this would have been about the best place for meals, a little slow on arriving but worth the wait

didnt like the location iniially but once found my way not too bad.as no air conditioning maybe some mosquito nets covering the windows as it is nice to get fresh air, but not to be bitten regularly

The location of the hotel was quite convenient as it was just a few steps away from the train station. the staff members were friendly and accommodating. the hotel had a cozy design which greatly added to the ambiance of our New Year's celebration.

The restaurant could use some major improvements. The quality of the food was underwhelming and failed to meet our expectations.

The hotel itself was excellent, very cmfortable & clean. Unfortunately only 1 member of staff spoke English. Was a short walk to the town through the railway station.

This is not a reflection on the hotel but it was located in what seamt to be a rough area, however we didn't have any problems and we felt our motorbikes were safe.

New and nicely designed hotel. Very good restaurant. Good choice for breakfast. Parking with video and is closed overnight. There is also a bodyguard at night in the hotel. Rooms have very big bathroom, and are nicely designed. Beds are somewhat soft, but still good. Heating works perfectly. Friendly staff. Will stay again in this hotel for sure.

This is not a drawback, but you should know that hotel is situated in a somewhat industry area, so walking to or from a hotel is not an option.

I had a great stay in this hotel. The cleanliness was excellent and it was clear that the staff had put a lot of effort into maintaining it. The hotel facilities were also excellent - I particularly enjoyed the small park outside. Parking was convenient and there was plenty of space available. Despite being just next to the train station, the transportation noise was not a problem at all and the sound proofing was very effective. The staff were also very friendly and accommodating.
